SIEU2307 Leading effective meetings
Effective meetings are vital for managing the variety of tasks that need attention within a school environment. Making meetings useful events for all involved can present challenges whether they are meetings for staff, with students or with families. This workshop is designed to help you implement structured processes for those meetings and also explore strategies to ensure everyone involved in the meeting knows what is expected of them and how they can contribute to the discussions.
