SIEU2619 – Conversations with teachers and leadership
In classrooms, support staff regularly ask questions and provide feedback to students but may not always feel confident asking questions or giving feedback to teachers and leadership. This session will explore clear and practical ways to create healthy dialogue for the teams they are working with, learn about a framework for improving the quality of communication, and build confidence in asking for support when required.
