IEU(SA) Equity – LGBTIQA+

We are committed to making YOUR union a safe and supportive space for LGBTIQA+ members.

Pictured above: Education unions IEU(SA) and Australian Education Union (SA Branch) attended Feast Festival – Picnic in the Park, Elder Park to ensure ALL teachers and support staff working in schools understood that both unions support equity. IEU staff had many conversations with members, parents and non-members working in the non-government education sector.

We are always keen to hear our member’s thoughts and ideas on what you would like to see or need in relation to your workplace, whether that be in terms of training and resources, networking, industrial information or advocacy.

The IEU(SA) Branch actively supports, promotes and engages in initiatives and events which support our LGBTIQA+ community.
