Feminism in the Pub – 30 June 2022
A group of our members got together at The Cumby Hotel to have a conversation about ‘mental load’ and ways to manage it. We had a much better attendance this term than last when Covid really hit hard.
IEU(SA) President Britta Jureckson initiated the discussion with an entertaining account of someone attempting to deal with the task of feeding the household dog.
Briar Pilon, counsellor from Tyndale Christian School, was intending to partner with Britta in the conversation, but was another who fell victim to Covid prior to the event!
Nonetheless, the conversation was excellent and all who attended enjoyed the forum and nibbles/drinks.
Feminism is in the Pub is an ideal way to network with other members in a relaxed atmosphere.
Guest speakers are invited to lead discussions on a range of topics.
