IEU Annual Rep Award – 2025
This year’s Annual Rep Award recognises the outstanding union leadership and collective efforts of the St Peter’s Girls’ School (SPGS) Enterprise Bargaining Team.

This team truly embodied the values of what it is to work collectively: collaboration, respect for others perspective, inclusivity and communication.
This team lead and supported their Sub-Branch to take protected industrial action, increased membership by over 100% and built a strong collective Sub-Branch. They led by example.
