IEU member satisfaction survey coming soon
For the first time, the IEU is conducting a national survey of member satisfaction.
We encourage all members to complete this very important survey which will help shape our future direction and make sure that we are working with you in the ways that you value. It should take members around 15 minutes to complete.
Importantly, the IEU has commissioned Engaged Strategy to design and run the survey, and collate the data. You can verify for yourself who they are here: https://www.engagedstrategy.com.au
Engaged Strategy have been vetted for compliance with data handling and protection and your data will not be shared with third parties. If you have any questions re the survey, please direct them to our office – 84100122 – as Engaged Strategy is working for the IEU.
In the coming weeks you will receive an email from Engaged Strategy with a link to the survey, so please be aware to look out for it. The email ID will be IEU_SA@feedback.satmetrix.com. There is a chance that your email filter may move the email to your Junk or SPAM folder, so check there if you haven’t received it in your Inbox.
