Introducing Tim Oosterbaan – Deputy Secretary, IEU(SA)
Tim has been at the IEU since 2013.
Prior to this he worked as a teacher and Rep at a variety of Catholic Schools as well as overseas. He has been the coordinator of pre-service teachers for the last six years where he enjoys sharing the role of the Union with people starting their career.
Tim is grateful for what the role of Organiser allows him to do in supporting and advising members, and appreciative of the support and encouragement he has received from members to run for this new position.
Tim is looking forward to representing the IEU at SA Unions and as part of Executive and helping the IEU to continue to develop as a modern Union.
