Invite pre-service teachers at your school to join the IEU
With many Pre-service Teachers (PSTs) on placement in schools at the moment it is timely to remind members that PSTs are eligible for IEU membership.
PSTs can access our career advice, all of our Professional Learning Sessions and support with CV writing. And, they can take advantage of our Union Shopper discounts.
So, if you are supervising a practicum or have contact with a pre-service teacher, make sure you tell them why you are a member of the IEU and invite them to join.
Best thing is that it’s free for PSTs to join and the first year of full (financial) membership is discounted for graduates moving from Student to Full Membership.
