Is it Junk Mail, SPAM or genuine information?
The majority of our members successfully receive our regular and important updates via email. Despite our best practices and industry standard processes, your email program and email host may not always accept union member news via your email address and it may tag it and move it to Junk Mail. If it does this once, it may then continue to do this as a standard for any email from your union.
If you haven’t been receiving our emails, firstly, check your Junk Mail folder. If an email is in the Junk Mail folder and you want to keep it, click and drag it to the Inbox (or any sub folder you prefer).
Junk mail settings can be changed
You can easily adjust your Junk Mail settings using this Microsoft support link:

You can add our email address to your ‘safe list’ in your email program which may avoid any Junk Email blocking or dumping. The email address we send most email news from is: enquiries@ieusa.org.au However, you can just add ieusa.org.au in your Safe Senders list.

Remember, IEU(SA) will only email you with news and updates that are relevant to your membership. We do not sell or share your information to any company for marketing.
