Lutheran EA negotiations have recommenced.
At the most recent meeting a draft EA was tabled. It contained a number of new employer claims which had not be previously discussed. As your bargaining team, we have met and have formulated a response to them. The next meeting is on Thursday 6th August.
At negotiations we still need to discuss the matter of workload.
We require your feedback about the revised salary offer. The employers have put on the table to extend the EA by a year (until June 2023) with an additional 2% salary increase for 2022.
The salary offer on the table is 2% October 2019 (already passed on), 2% October 2020, 2% October 2021 and 2% October 2022.
The following tables show where you would be relative to Department salaries.
Please note LSO comparisons between DfE grades may not indicate the same level of duties, so LSO Grade 3 has also been included, as has the Catholic Grade 3 yr 4. |
