New IEU(SA) Online Join Form
We are pleased to launch our new IEU(SA) Online Join Form – join.ieusa.org.au – as part of our overall drive to improve the member experience online.
The Online Join Form follows our recent launch of our Online Member Portal – memberportal.ieusa.org.au
The new Online Join Form is now a ‘1-step join’, in that it enables credit card or direct debit details to be entered at the time of joining—as against the previous ‘2-step join’ process for credit card payers needing to complete the online form, and then contact our office with credit card details for manual input by our administration team.
Once new members (and student members) complete their online membership application, the form is processed by our database and placed in a membership approval queue, ready for our membership officer to review and approve.
On approval of the membership application, a ‘new member’ welcome letter will be automatically emailed to the preferred email address nominated by the joining member.
On receipt of the new member letter, members can access the member portal and review the many benefits of IEU(SA) Membership, including access to our Online Learning Centre for Free, 24/7 Professional Learning.
We believe the benefits of a simple online joining form will ensure that new members complete the joining journey when they first decide to join, and go on to enjoy the support, benefits and experience of the IEU team for their career.
