People First Bank customers, your BSB number is new

People’s Choice Credit Union and Heritage Bank merged in 2023 to become People First Bank.
Until now, customers of these financial institutions have not had to take any action, but you will soon need to use the new People First Bank BSB number 671 000.
If you have already changed to the new BSB, this will affect your IEU(SA) direct debit membership payments, as your previous BSB will stop working.
To update your BSB details via your member portal go to your Member Portal or contact our office to advise the new details – 8410 0122.
