Remember! Payday super now applies!

7 August 2026

Payday super is now the law, and members have been contacting us since it came into effect on 1 July 2026,  asking us about super being paid on payday.

Under the new legislation, an employer has 7 business days from the date of your pay for your super company to receive your super.

If you have concerns about unpaid or late superannuation, contact us on 8410 0122 or enquiries@ieusa.org.au
