Retired Member Lunch, Catch-up and Conversation
On Tuesday 28 October, a group of IEU(SA) Retired Associate Members (pictured above and below) enjoyed a relaxed lunch catch-up at the Hilton Hotel, Hilton, My Bar, hosted by Branch Secretary Tim Oosterbaan.
Also present on the day were 3 life members, Glen Seidel (Former Branch Secretary), Louise Firrell (Founding member and former Assistant Secretary) and Wendy Evans (Former Assistant and Deputy Secretary).
Events like this are an important way for retired members to stay in touch with the IEU and have a conversation about what is happening now around the sectors, and it gives retired members a chance to have a say on anything that they want to feedback to us.
It is equally important that the IEU stay in touch with retired members as their experience and knowledge is something that can be called upon should such a need arise.
