The benefits of multiple employer agreements
One aspect of the Albanese Labor government’s Secure Jobs Better Pay Bill which recently passed into law, was the ability of similar employers to be included into the same agreement.
This is intended to improve wages, partly by not encouraging businesses to compete by undercutting wages in a race to the bottom.
