The IEUA Women in Leadership Program
IEUSA’s BOLD women organised a very successful Women’s Professional Learning Day (on a Saturday!) for our IEUSA women members. The BOLDIES attended and played a significant part in helping to make decisions about the day including the name, which was ‘Strong women, may we know them, may we be them’.
The day included a session on Changing the Rules for Working Women facilitated by Emma Lowe from the ACTU Organising Centre, Superannuation and Income Protection with Elaine Santos from NGS, Leadership Pathways in Schools with Pam Dettman, Organising Your Professional Records with Edufolios (a product being marketed by Selena Woodward) and concluded with a meditation session (with blankets and pillows!) facilitated by Tatiana Overduin.
