The 2025 IEU(SA) Strategic Plan
Since early 2023, the staff of IEU(SA) have met for strategic planning days to develop a team-led strategic plan that reflects the values and collective views of all the IEU staff.
Working as a group to create a strategic plan from scratch does take significant time to openly and respectfully, consider then discuss any input, views and values; and then progressively refine and focus these into simple statements in a workable document.
Our new ‘working draft’ strategic plan has been reviewed regularly to sharpen focus on the key goals and objectives.
The IEU(SA) Branch Executive has been involved throughout this review process and have given approval to the current iteration – The IEU(SA) 2025 Strategic Plan.

Should IEU(SA) members read the Strategic Plan?
Absolutely!
As members you are the IEU and it is now your opportunity to comment and have ongoing input on what you think is important for our future and how we function and assist members, but also what we can do better, what we need to include for the future, and, how we function and assist each other at the IEU Office.
